ABOUT SAVANT STUDIO

Most organisations don't have a safety (or performance, or quality) problem.

They have a learning problem.

After an incident, the report gets written, the action items get closed, and within six months the same conditions are back in place. We exist to break that cycle.

We help your people talk openly about what goes wrong, without fear, without blame, and without losing the lesson. We design incident reviews that actually change how work gets done.

And we build the kind of leadership culture where learning from failure becomes normal.

Get to Know Us

Edward spent nearly 30 years working inside large organisations across energy, manufacturing, and financial services, not as an outside advisor, but as someone embedded in the operations, the culture, and the decisions.

He watched how incidents got investigated, how findings got written up, and how rarely any of it actually changed the way work was done.

The system was designed to close actions, not to learn.

He founded Savant Studio to offer something different: a practice built on the conviction that organisations don't fail because their people are careless, they fail because the conditions that produce failure are never properly understood.

His work draws on Human & Organisational Performance and the ICAM methodology to help senior leaders move past blame and build the kind of environment where people can talk honestly about risk before something goes wrong.

He brings that same thinking to leadership development, learning system design, and the way organisations make sense of failure — working across the Caribbean and with global clients in the energy sector who need more than a box-ticking exercise.
